GLOBAL is expanding

In my last message, I introduced the EmpowerED Leaders Initiative, which the GLOBAL School Consulting Group is launching for the 2024-25 school year. We are excited to have seven wise and knowledgeable current and former school leaders who are prepared to mentor and coach new and aspiring school leaders.

The first cohort of participants is expected to begin in October.  A website with detailed information about the program and the mentors will soon launch. Still, until then, school leaders interested in EmpowerED Leaders for themselves or emerging leaders in their school are encouraged to contact me for more information ([email protected]).

Dr. Roderick Crouch

GLOBAL – Australia! 
​We are thrilled to introduce Dr. Roderick Crouch as the newest Affiliate Consultant with the GLOBAL School Consulting Group.  Rod brings a rich blend of training and experience to his consulting work, initially launched in Australia.  His advanced degrees include a Diploma in Education, a Master's in Educational Administration, and a doctorate in Education from the University of Queensland.  This preparation opened doors for Dr. Crouch to successfully serve as Head of schools in Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates.  Rod is passionate about leading schools in transformation projects, developing and implementing new strategic and operational plans, and mentoring and providing professional development for senior staff.  Welcome Dr. Crouch!
