We are excited to introduce three new affiliates to the GLOBAL Group.

Many at-risk schools around the globe have contacted me with concerns about their viability and sustainability. As I have worked with such schools, the underly issue we identify is RELEVANCY, which is a precursor to viability and sustainability. Without relevancy in the school’s context and with its constituency, there can’t be a realistic prospect of viability or sustainability.

Throughout my professional career, I have chased a dream: Create spaces for teachers to get together and share their successes, concerns, frustrations...and growth! While I was a teacher many moons back, I tried initiating and sustaining conversations with my colleagues about anything, but everyone was too busy to talk.

​While reading is accepted as a beneficial habit, I have observed that its results are more noticeable in some individuals.

The key lies in knowing why, choosing what to read, and defining how you read. I expect that, after giving time to this short article, the results of your reading will be dramatically more significant for both your well-being and those in your sphere of influence.
