 Josiah MarrAffiliate Consultant Josiah Marr is an education leader and consultant who has served as a teacher and administrator at international schools in Thailand and Hong Kong SAR, and a private school in Canada. He is finalizing his Doctor of Education in International Educational Leadership at the University of Toronto, where his research focuses on how international school leaders impact school culture. Josiah partners with schools to build thriving cultures and enhance international student recruitment strategies.

Research shows that healthy school cultures can increase staff longevity, student belonging, wellness, and achievement.
