Clint is a highly relational visionary leader with a varied background that includes Christian school leadership, teaching, and coaching, major donor cultivation, Christian radio management and on-air talent. He was a founding board member and first Administrator of a Christian school in Colorado, also serving in school leadership roles in Ohio, Wisconsin, and Florida.

Clint currently serves in ministry with Educational Media Foundation as a Donor Advisor and is the Owner of SchoolRIGHT LLC, providing independent schools tuition aid verification services and comprehensive surveys, helping guide school leaders with accurate data to make wise and informed decisions.

Clint’s professional experiences have included:

Assessing ministry practices in development, administration, and board governance.
Recommending best practices for success in school ministry operations.
Creating strategies for core administrative functions such as admissions, funding, budget development, student recruitment, public relations, marketing, and alumni.
Growing portfolios of high capacity donors for increased annual revenue.
Performing capital campaign feasibility studies and consultation.
Planning ministry fund assessment strategies, including donor identification, qualification, and cultivation.
Designing, writing, and maintaining various professional creative communiqués including newsletters and websites, video and audio presentations.
Emceeing events.
Producing and editing various voice-over projects for promos, stories, instructional videos, and more.

Clint has served in various capacities of church ministry such as Deacon, Media Ministry Head, and Worship Leader. He had a travelling vocal ministry from 1981-2012 ministering in numerous states across the country. He and his wife, Dawn, reside in Grapeland, Texas, and have three grown sons and four grandchildren.
