The GLOBAL Group was formed in September of 2017, under the leadership of Dr. David A. Wells, with the support and participation of Dr. Toby A. Travis and Wayne K. Lynch.  The development of the Group was driven by a quest to provide world class consulting and training for schools around the globe and for fostering professional synergy among consultants and trainers, whose passions and competencies are complimentary and divergent, to ensure that the practical and aspirational ends of every client school are met.  GLOBAL is composed of professional and proven consultants accompanied by specialist providing specific support services, and Partners in Excellence who provide services for schools and educational organizations.  The services of the Group have been expanded to include executive leader and personnel search and placement services for schools through GLOBAL School Searches.
