Comfort is a seasoned education leader with a demonstrated record of scholarly accomplishment and success. She has over 15 years of administrative and leadership experience in instructional and student services programs. She currently serves as the Director of FOTS, a faith-based school equipping students to develop a Christian worldview.

Comfort’s real skills are seen in her ability to collaboratively devise plans and ideas that are strategically appropriate to a school.

• Strategic and Systematic Alignment of Programs and Services with Institutional Priorities: She collaboratively implements process improvements to increase satisfaction and productivity of faculty and staff and advance institutional priorities enabling institutions to maximize the expected outcomes outlined in the school’s master plan. She has built a reputation as someone who delivers sustainable results focused on meeting an institution’s needs.
• Evaluation of Effective Instructional Design and Student Services: Comfort has worked with schools to provide a systematic evaluation of instructional designs and develops systems and processes for identifying sustainability opportunities, challenges and innovations. She implements and evaluates effective strategies for teaching and learning.
• Christian Parenting and Effective School Involvement: Comfort facilitates forums for Christian parenting and promotes active parental involvement programs and opportunities for community and other school partners.
• Training on Leadership for School Improvement: Comfort works with school leaders to identify a direction for the school and in shaping approaches toward improvements. She has a proven track record in working with school leadership to build successful strategies, creating buy-in and support from various stakeholders across an organization.
