Wayne K. Lynch is a graduate of Rider University (B.S. Marketing, ’71), Temple University (M. Ed., ’78), and Dallas Theological Seminary (M.A. ’84). He has been an Educator and Fundraiser since 1975 and speaks, writes, and consults widely on these topics. He holds the senior designation in fundraising from the Association of Fundraising Professionals, ACFRE. Wayne is one of 125 who holds this distinction in the 28,000-member organization.
He — served as Director of Santiago Christian School in the Dominican Republic where he lived for ten years. He loves to work with schools in hard places, such as the DR, Albania, the Ukraine and Central Africa. Currently, he and his wife Carol travel and work from Jupiter, Florida. He is the President of The Gift of Hope USA Foundation, which provides funding to inspire, equip, and empower Christian leaders and organizations with the transformational HOPE of Jesus Christ. His Handbook for Ministry Fundraising was published by The Center, Souderton, PA. He has expertise in Annual and Capital Campaigns, Major Gifts, International Fundraising, Establishing and Building Endowments, The Board’s Role in Fundraising, Establishing a Development Program, and Deferred Giving Programs. Wayne began his fundraising career with Plumstead Christian School (1975–1986) and was Vice President for Development at Philadelphia Biblical University (now Cairn University) and founder and Executive Director of their support foundation, The Regency Foundation, from 1986-2003.
