Clients of the GLOBAL School Consulting Group encouraged us several years ago to develop a full-service executive search service, tailored to their unique needs and profiles.  That encouragement led to the development of GLOBAL School Searches, a niche search agency that connects leaders and schools worldwide.

Leaders have been placed through GLOBAL in schools in Central and South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia.  Conducting head searches for international Christian schools has become a unique specialty of the Group, building on our extensive leadership experience in Christian international schools, and the Group’s unique global identity and engagement.

GLOBAL is pleased to initiate another Premium Recruitment project, having been contracted by the Board of the Pan American Christian Academy (Sao Paolo, Brazil) to lead the search for their next Superintendent.  Since 1960, PACA has served the national and international community of Sao Paulo as a Christian, American, and Brazilian curriculum school.  PACA’s program is designed to integrate Biblical truth in all areas of instruction, to guide the hearts and minds of the students.  The academic program allows students to receive two diplomas, American and Brazilian, which opens doors for them to study in the best universities in the USA, Brazil, and throughout the world.

We are searching for world-class candidate for the Superintendent position.  To be considered, a candidate must be a committed Christian who is a qualified and competent school administrator and effective leader.  The next Superintendent will begin to serve at PACA for the 2023-24 school year.
